Welcome to TrustRamp™, operated by Swift & Associates Ventures Corp., Topeka, Kansas (“TrustRamp”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • TrustRamp.ai

  • app.TrustRamp.ai (or any TrustRamp-connected subdomains)

  • Any related TrustRamp tools, QR codes, pages, automations, or services

  • Mobile, API, or future versions of our platform

By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use TrustRamp.

1. Who We Are

TrustRamp™ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for:

  • Collecting 5-star reviews

  • Pre-appointment trust building

  • Automated testimonial broadcasting

  • QR codes and review funnels

  • Branded review pages

  • Review helper tools & messaging

  • Ongoing monthly trust-based communication

  • Lead-warming SMS sequences

  • Dashboard tools for monitoring and managing your trust campaigns

2. Eligibility

To use TrustRamp, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be able to enter a legally binding contract

  • Use the service for lawful business or personal purposes

  • Not use TrustRamp to send spam or violate any platform’s rules

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your login credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Updating your contact information

We are not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from your actions.

4. Your Responsibilities as a User

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload customer data without proper consent

  • Use TrustRamp for deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading review activity

  • Violate Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any review platform policies

  • Send unsolicited or non-compliant email/SMS messages

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interfere with the service

  • Misrepresent your business, your identity, or your clients

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform

You must comply with all applicable regulations, including:

  • CAN-SPAM Act

  • TCPA

  • GDPR (if applicable)

  • Any local or regional privacy laws

When you upload client/customer data, you act as the Data Controller. TrustRamp acts only as the Data Processor.

5. Our Responsibilities

We will:

  • Provide access to the TrustRamp platform

  • Maintain commercially reasonable uptime

  • Protect user data with industry-standard security

  • Provide support within reasonable timeframes

  • Maintain transparent billing information

We may update or enhance the platform at any time.

6. Subscription & Payments

TrustRamp is a subscription-based service.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan

  • Allow Stripe to securely process your payments

  • Maintain valid payment information

Automatic Renewal

All plans renew automatically until canceled.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may:

  • Retry the charge

  • Suspend access

  • Terminate the account if non-payment continues

Refund Policy

Unless required by law, all subscription payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Partial billing periods

  • Failure to use the service

  • Canceling mid-cycle

  • User error

7. Cancelation

You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancelation:

  • Stops future billing

  • Does NOT refund past payments

  • Ends access at the end of the current billing cycle

We may also suspend or cancel your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the platform

  • Your payments fail repeatedly

8. User-Provided Content

You may upload or submit:

  • Logos and branding

  • Photos

  • Customer data

  • Review links

  • Business information

  • Custom text or requests

You represent that:

  • You have rights to use and upload this content

  • Your content does not violate intellectual property rights

  • Your content is not harmful, illegal, or deceptive

  • Your content does not contain malware or harmful scripts

You grant TrustRamp a license to display and process your content for purposes of delivering the service.

9. Data Processing & Privacy

By using TrustRamp, you also agree to our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Cookie Policy

These documents explain what data we collect, how it’s used, and how it’s protected.

A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available upon request.

10. Integrations & Third Parties

TrustRamp uses third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe (payments)

  • Email/SMS delivery partners

  • Hosting providers

  • Analytics tools

  • Optional CRM or automation integrations

We are not liable for downtime or issues caused by third-party systems, but we will take reasonable steps to resolve disruptions.

11. Service Availability

We attempt to maintain 24/7 access, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Error-free operation

  • Zero downtime

  • Compatibility with every device, browser, or integration

Maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs may occur as needed.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and intellectual property found on:

  • TrustRamp.ai

  • app.TrustRamp.ai

  • Any TrustRamp-branded page or service

are owned by Swift & Associates Ventures Corp.

You may NOT:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • Reverse-engineer

  • Modify

  • Create derivative works

from any part of the TrustRamp platform.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use TrustRamp to:

  • Manipulate, fabricate, or incentivize reviews in prohibited ways

  • Spam contacts or violate communication laws

  • Harass or abuse customers

  • Upload harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

  • Interfere with platform operations

  • Circumvent system protections

  • Engage in any unlawful behavior

Violation may result in immediate termination.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustRamp is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Loss of data

  • Issues with third-party review platforms

  • Errors caused by user inputs

  • Customer dissatisfaction with results

  • Automation outcomes based on your configurations

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TrustRamp, its owners, officers, and employees from claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the platform

  • Your uploaded content

  • Your customer communications

  • Violations of third-party policies

  • Any breach of these Terms

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time.
The updated version will include a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
